Before you commit, check the listing photos, odometer, grade, and the exact model code configuration (engine, drivetrain, seats). For Forester specifically, buyers often focus on body condition, underbody/rust, suspension wear, A/C performance, and whether the drivetrain matches their route needs (RWD vs 4WD).

Start by choosing the seat layout and drivetrain that matches your use case, then filter by year and odometer. For business/delivery, many buyers prioritize durability and operating cost; for people-mover/family use, seating layout and comfort grade matter more, use the model-code tabs and listing cards to confirm details.
